Hi! Welcome on forum! Well, we all feel anxious from time to time, but that doesn't mean that you suffer from anxiety disorder. There are things we can do in order to help ourselves. You should stop eating/drinking products that contain caffeine, such as coffee, tea, cola and chocolate. Try to exercise, you would be surprised how yoga is good for stress management. Bit if nothing helps and you still can't sleep, you should see a psychologist, there are therapies and drugs that could help you. Take care.
