hi, im sexually active, and ive recently had itchyness and redness on my penis, what is going on, can someone help me or guide as into doing something about it?

This is due to bacteria in the genitals it is not uncommon I have had this about 3 times in my lifetime and it is compleatly normal. Most likely you can take care of it with over the counter creams. Go to the drug store and get Monistat (3) this is a 3 day treatment, also ask your partner to do the same as if 1 of you have it both of you have it. This will take care of the ichiness and redness.
However if it does not clear up on the 4th day you will need to go to the Dr. as it could be an STD.
