Well, my long awaited surgury is tommorow, after being on a waiting list for over a year and a half tommorow is the big day, and boy am I scared I am 38 yr old female I have two boys so I know what labor is like. I also had some hemmoroids banded 5 years ago, to no avail they came back . Needless to say I am no stanger to the paid of hemoroids . Now 5 years later they are throbosed and prolasped and bleeding more than ever, I have heard alot of people who have had this procedure say that the swelling was somthing they did not expect or were quite suprised about the amount of swelling they had, I have also read other testimonials about the unbeleivable pain they had afterwards.
What I would like to know is,
How soon after the surgery were you up and around?
Did the hemorrhoids come back after the hemmoroidectomy? Is that possible? I have watched the procedure done over the net and I'm freaking out ! Any comments or info would be much appreciated
