A year and a half ago I was admitted three times and ended up in the hospital for eleven days with a high white cell count, severe abdominal and lower back pain (similar to passing a kidney stone, which I have). Again a year and a half later I just got out after three days in hospital with the same condition. After several catscans, two full MRIs, endoscopy, blood cultures and a few other test, there is still no answer to what causes this...every time I get an upset stomach I fear this happening again. Does anyone else have a similar condition that has been diagosed? I am desperate to know what causes this.
