It is possible to learn how to direct the ejaculation into your bladder, (retrograde ejaculation ) which you seem to be doing I suspect.. The question is whether you can ejacfulate normally if you so choose to .. If you can then its fine.. if not go to a doctor.. though its not a problem unless you want kids...

I doubt it's harmful... I'm fairly sure thats how guys have multiple orgasms. However I wouldn't do it all the time.
