Hi, folks. I am thinking of starting taking multi-vitamins. However, I am not sure which one to choose. There are so many products. How can I know are my multi-vitamins really good? Can someone tell me this? I would really appreciate all your replies considering this. Thank you in advance, guys.

Hello to you too. You have asked a good question. It does not have to mean necessarily that expensive ones are the good ones. You should pay attention that all important vitamins are represented with 100% of their daily value. Beta-carotene should not be present with more than 15.000 IU. When I take a good multivitamin product, I always increase my appetite. You can combine it with other antioxidants such as selenium or omega-3 fatty acids. Go to a store that specializes in vitamins and you're off to a good start. Check the 'other ingredients' for unnecessary things like preservatives and artificial colors. Make sure it is the natural form of the vitamins as well.
