Okay I am the same age as you sooo LISTEN! You can NOT make your boobs bigger without plastic surgery! You are going through puberty so in the future they will grow! RELAX! Also, your mom's friend is the same age as you....That is kind of weird that your mom is hanging out with a 13 year old...Any way just work out , eat healthy, and enjoy life! DON'T GET plastic surgery , too!
