Well,
In males a common place to develop sebaceous cyst is the scrotum.
Did you have your cysts surgically removed?
Sometimes sebaceous cysts can get infected. If this happens than they need to be treated with antibiotics and after that surgically removed.
The whole cyst must be removed so that reoccurrence is not likely. Few tips to treat and prevent sebaceous cyst may include: you must avoid scratching, puncturing or opening the lump which will become sebaceous cyst. Try to keep this area clean and was it with antibacterial soap and apply warm compress for about half an hour during the day (this can help but in most of the cases the lump will not go away). And avoid excessive sun exposure. I hope this was helpful.

Good day everyone.
There are so many reasons for this, but the problem can happen when it returns. So, maybe you want to think about a sebaceous cyst removal in case if they come back.
I would suggest you one thing - don't squeeze it. At all. If this is growing up, maybe you should see the doctor.
When it comes to treatment, you should not be that worried if your cyst is not cancerous.
But, it can be infected and in this case, it is usually treated with antibiosis.
But, I am telling you from my own experience - the only thing that really helped me was a removal.
So, good luck!
