I am a 24 year old male sex worker.. I got raped by another male, a stranger(anal penetration). The perpetrator had STi like pimples on his penis and he did not use protection. I had previously had a consensual protective session with a client a few minutes before, who had a huge organ, and possibly I might have had fissures. After rape, I tried to force the sperm out, used a douche to clean myself, but carefully, to avoid pushing any remaining sperm further inside. I started PEP within plus or minus 30 hours..(ASPEN LAMZID and EFAVIRENZ 600). It's been 7 days now since I started taking this medication and properly, but I'm still hard hit by the side effects( Nausea, Fatigue, Dizziness, Insomnia, Restlessness and High Body Temperature) this goes for hours on end! I can hardy indulge in any erands, well unless I force myself to.
Question 1- If those pimples on my violator's penis were really an STi, do these pills that I'm taking prevent me from contracting the STi?
Question 2- Do these side effects subside after a certain period of time, or I would have to endure the pain for the next 21 days? Please help, I'm just about to give up!
