I am training for a half marathon and i have got to the stage where i can run around 9 miles. But i have a problem in that i keep getting reoccurring injuries in both feet (im not sure why this is), so in an effort to get rid of this i have decided to drop the number of runs and only run around 4 miles for the next couple of weeks. By doing this how much form will i lose from my 9 mile runs?

Your form shouldn't change at all by the reduction in miles. You may lose some of your endurance but if it's only for two weeks the loss shouldn't be too bad. Sounds like you need to find out why the injuries are occuring though - possibly shoe issues?

I went to the running shop and had some proper running shoes fitted, so i dont think it is that. Although the guy did say my feet where very pronated.
The injury is like a sharp pain along the the bottem of my feet towards the outer side, there isnt any bruising or real inflammation. It has happened in both feet after long runs. Once i have it, it take about 3 weeks to go aways, but usually more because i struggles to stop running, its an addiction! The pain then only occurs when i stand on the feet and it intermiatate, some times i almost cant walk on it, and other times it is fine.
