I ran a 5:49 mile a weekago out side in Minnesota with nice wind and icey roads i was wondering if i could get some training plans to lower that mile by far any help apperciated thanks!

I usually just go out and run probly 2-3 miles over the winter and before that i did hill training on the treadmil about 1 miles about 2-4 times a week and now im in track so i know it will lower the time, im just thinking what would be adduquite after trach is over (June).

Run Faster.
Well, to build speed, you gotta go faster. So, you can work on making your training runs faster, you can focus on speed work, you can implement some weight lifting to increase strength....there's really a lot of things you can do.
I would reccommend two things
1. Increase your mileage
2. High quality(speed) on your shorter runs.
