My partner came in me 3 days ago..im not sure of the exact date my last cycle started but i know the week..i have used different ovulation calculators and from the looks of it, it is now my ovulation week. How soon can i know or when should i take a test for accuracy?

Hi, you should consider taking a home pregnancy test usually 6 days after fertilization. Because around that time your your body produces a hormone called HCG and since that it doubles up every day. So i would take a test about a week from your intercourse and if it turns out to be negative , do one more 2 weeks later just to be sure.
