Hi folks. I was just wondering what your best advice might be for running as a long term hobby as opposed to burning out the knees and joints. Any keys toward avoiding a painful future of sore knees, etc. Is it hereditary? Is it from lack of stretching? Nutrition? too much running? Just curious as to what happens as runners age.

Have you ever tried POSE? I had niggling knee pain and it is gone with this unusual form of running. It is not an easy form to learn, but so far seems to be working.
