Okay so you want to improve your weight.  I don't know whether you are over weight or under weight.  I'm going to make the assumption that you are overweight.  The first you need to do is change your diet.  Try a low carb diet meaning you can eat lean meats/seafood and fresh veggies and fruits.  Stay away from fast foods and sugary foods.  Cut your caloric intake back by 500 calories per day.  That's a start.  While you're doing this you need to exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes.  You can start out simple by walking or biking and later if you like you can do some resistance training (weights).
