Am I over weight ? I weigh 171 pounds and I'm 15. 5'6 or either 5'7.

Hello Jordan,

Okay, like many people you are over weight.  If you have some lean muscle you not that bad off at about 5'6"ish at 171 pounds.  Okay, well a little change in your diet and some exercise will do the trick.  You must get serious about your diet.  No junk food (hambergers and French fries and other stuff like that).  You must eat lean meats and fresh veggies and fruit.  Start with oatmeal for breakfast (just the best).  have some fruit with that and possibly an egg and that will get you going.  You need to exercise at least 3 times a week to get started.  It does't matter what you do to get started.  Try walking and biking if you have a bicycle.  Then yo can progress to other forms of aerobics and resistance training such as weight lifting.  But, get the diet under control.
