im thirteeen years old and i weight about 155 - 160 and im like 5'1 or 5'2 and i want too be like at least 130 like at end of febuary. i know im overweight. but my moms always working so im constantly at home alone
how can i lose weight fast ? because i was taking hydroxicut 2 3x a day and the more i take them i want too take them more, help somebody tell me what too do ?


lose the body fat you need to a good diet and good cardio and resistance training..

High protein and low fat low carb diet, would be a good start, I did say low carbs not NO carbs ok.. your carb source should complex carbs.

eat more frequently but smaller meals. A good rule is eat every 2-3 hours, but, do not eat 2 hours before bed.

Drink plenty of water, at least 3-4 Litres day to help prevent dehydration, help with digestion and flushing the body of toxins.

Cardio morning before food best time burn fat. (early morning) Cardio duration anything less than 30mins waste time, try for 40min plus.


Warm-up thoroughly helps keep warm and not pull any muscles

Stretch between sets helps lengthen those muscles and get all those muscle fibres working

Exercise form good form will prevent injuries as well as give faster full muscle growth

Heavy weights used with good form will give you the best results muscle growth

*Understand heavy weights does not mean you need to lift weight you can get the same benefit use rubber bands. If you choice to lift weight, heavy weights are to your personal ability. The purpose of resistance training is to make the muscle stronger, stronger muscle = more cals burnt which in turn equal .. FATLOSS..

Hydroxycut as a good supplement, this is a thermogenics it is designed to heat up the body and burn fat, this thermo speeds up you metabolism.
But do be careful with it to much can give you bad side effects, the shakes and dehydration, if taken to late in the day it may keep you awake most the night. There's a balance to all of this and at 13 your still growing so do be careful with it.

We can't stop you from taking it, so the best advice I could give is, take 1-2 cap (would say 1) half to 1 hr before cardio and resistance training.

But understand if you take it and the diet is still 10 pies or nothing to eat for half a day it serious is a waste of time... balance is the answer.

Im also thirteen and wieght about 95lbs. Eat rightmaybe not that much red meat maybe one or twice a week. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, also try whey protein shakes. They are pretty good, especially the chocolate flavor. Cut down on junk food and soda! Swimming and being in water is very good exercise i would no cuz i dive. There are lots of weight lose supliments out there but some dont work so watch out. Good luck!
