you need to squeeze and hold for 10 - 20 seconds and repeat this for a set number of times such as ten and do this through out the day a few times. know one will no your doing it.

:-P ben wai balls! Not sure of spelling but they're chrome balls u insert them "hold" inside u. Its hard to keep them in at 1st but once u build up "strength" u can go to work w/them in lol I've had twins vaginaly and it helps trust me!
