Hi.. In 2018 I went through extirpation of left side bartholin's gland but now I have 4 cm cyst on right side. My gyneacologist suggested extirpation of right side bartholin' s gland.

But when I will remove the second gland, how will I produce lubrication during sex? I read about some other glands which producing lube? Or will I need to use lube gels every time I will have sex?
