I have a single kidney on my rght side. I have severe Hydronephrosis. My bloodwork came back normal for my kidney functions (Efgr is 89) but I have to get the hydronephrosis taken care of. It is not from a stone. I have had xrays, ultrasounds, catscans and now a renal nuclear medicine test. My question is, is surgery the only option or can I make it go away by itself? Also, what type of surgery is it?
