Hi, I am 17 years old, and I am having sleep issues. I don’t know if it’s because of the school or because of some other thing, but I really hope I’ll get over it. Living is difficult when you wake up tired every morning, and it’s hard to deal with all the problems during the day. What should I do?

Hi, I know exactly how you feel. I’m not much older than you, but I have the same problems. My sleeping issues started when I was 16 years old, and they still last. I get up at 7 every morning, but I still can not fall asleep before one o clock in the morning. So, after six hours of sleeping, I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. It is possible that we suffer from sleeping issues because of the stress in the school. I worry a lot because of the marks, and maybe I need something to distract my thoughts for a little while. I heard that teens need 8-9 hours of sleep, so it’s no wonder that it affects me so badly. I will go to doctor about those sleeping issues, and ask him to prescribe me some meds.
