Hello everyone, 18 months ago I fell off my horse, and I am still in as much pain as I was in when it happened. It enterups my daily routine, eventhough I have done my best to adapt to this, there are days I just want to lay around and do not a dang thing, other then what I have to do~this is not living. So my question is, how can I eleviate some of this pain I am in, I Have done everything I know to do, now I am looking outside my little world to see if anyone else has any ideas of what I may be able to do to help this pain~ Thank you so very much~
