For some reason, starting two days ago, i seem to not be able to speak in my mind. I cannot talk inside my head, i can only read things and form pictures, i cannot audibly talk inside my own mind... it hurts to do so.. gives me a headache. What can i do to resolve this issue and what could have caused this? Does this phenomena have a name.
