Family problems, I'm 15 and my parents still hits me in front of my friends

I believe that you are a little to old to be spanked in general. Now keep in mind that you need to look at your actions as well and think about if what you are doing may be something that would definitely upset your parents. But if what you are doing is not wrong.. you are old enough to have a mature conversation with your parents on what you feel about them doing this and they should definitely listen to you and your thoughts and feelings. I'm sorry but if you feel as though you are in danger, talk to an adult .. a teacher, counselor, someone much older than you that you trust. I hope all goes well

Its hard with situations like these, i was in one myself. Beaten within an inch of mt life on a daily basis from the age of 7-18... tapping a child on the back of the hand or the behind and telling them no, there is nothing wrong with that. By your age, you should have a better comminication with your parents and they should be able to tell you and you understand, not hit you. Are your actions causing this? Im not blaming you, just look from the bigger picture, do you show off when your friends are over or do things that youve been told over and over about? If your scared you really need to talk to someone about it, before it gets worse. I really wish that sometimes i could go back and take my own advice, but i know when you are that scared child, you cannot grow the balls to do it. You need to keep your chin up, stay on your parents good side and talk to them, say that you dont like the way that your treated infront of your friends, there is nothing stopping them from taking you to the side and speaking with you.
