I was suppost to get my period march 31st and today is april 5th and i have cramps like if ima get my period but i dont have them as bad as i usually do and im spotting.Ive been exercising for the last two weeks and at times i have to stop to catch my breath and i get a pain on my lower abdominal .Theres times when i feel like throwing up but i dont,i cant stand certain smell and it also has been easier for me to smell things.i get tiered at times but only when im not moving or doing anything.also ive been going to the restroom(pee) more often then before and when i go upstairs to my room i start getting really bad heache and feel dizzy .i do get really hot at times and me and my boyfriend think i might be pregnant but where not so sure.REALLY NEED HELP because if i am i think its really bad doing a lot of jumping and moving around while im working out ...
