But then later when it cooled down a tad, I did my evening chore, the dishes. As I was scrubbing a dish I felt like I was going to pass out. I drank so much ice water today. Then I realized that I needed to have a greek yogurt with some honey for I had not had enough sweet stuff today, and I am hypoglycemic.. Then I felt better, took a chill pill and some Val Root sleeping herbs and relaxed to get some R and R.  Anyone else ever feel like that? What should one do, rush to the ER, or eat a yogurt? I ate the yogurt and felt better. I think with all thios hot weather, I am losing my Ox like appetite and gaining a sense of discipline and lost my appetite. Now I am making myself eat a lean cuisine at dinner, and a cereal in morning and 1/2 sandwhich or protein shake at lunch. I don't feel guiulty, just in control. No weight loss yet though...
