I am fifty and I was thinking that most of my pains were due to pre-menapause, but I was checking my cervix because I have had this small pea sized bump for a while and I try to keep an eye on it to make sure there are no changes, but recently I noticed that my cervix was pushed to the right. I felt around on the left and noticed this lump and thought it might be because I was about to start my menstrual, so I didn't worry. I recently checked again (about two months later) and the lump felt a little bigger and now I'm concerned. I've been having painful abdominal cramps that just come out the blue sometimes and some spotting after my heavy menstrual cycles. Could this be fybroids? My sister just had some removed and I think I might have them too. Any ideas what this could be?
