I get these headaches like someone is squeezing my head and sometimes I throw up. What is happening to me that is causing me to have these headaches and throwing up

I have been having weird headaches when I watch TV, or someone talks I bug out and feel like I'm about to throw up, but then it all goes away. What's up with me?
