i got my period but i still think i could be pregnant because i have been having all of the symptoms

me and my bf had unprotected sex and he did ejaculate inside of me and i am not using any contraceptives, i skipped my period last month but got it early this month but iv been having all the pregnant symptoms like: headaches,nausea,fatigue,i eat alot, my discarge is heavy white clear nd my underwear is perminantly wet with discharge,my boobs are growing but not sensitive and i have developed a little bump at the bottom of my stomache, i always feel constipated nd i have light cramps....Could i be pregnanat?
