i got my tonsils out 2 days ago and i keep on spitting is that normal?

You are probably spitting more because you are not swallowing as much as you used to.  Since it hurts to swallow, you will have a build up of saliva.  This is not uncommon at all. You can spit into tissue if you wish.  You may want to get some Cepacol numbing cough drops to take care of the urge not to swallow.  Then you won't be spitting as much.  Are you spitting much blood from the surgery?  You will expect to have some bleeding but anything that shows constant blood coming from your mouth should be reported.  I hope you heal quickly from your surgery!
