I got off the depo shot and I had unprotected intercourse, now I am depressed and dizzy

I just got off the depot shot on the 20th of jan and I been sexually active without protection . And I been depressed but I been feeling dizzy exhausted sad and my breast hurt and times and my whole back and I been cramping . Been spoting for almost 2 mouths. Also I been weating in my sleep . I dont feel like eatting . Am I pregant or depressed and if I am not why am I feeling all these symptoms??
