I don't know how to start this. Being an older man, I think about masterbation and try to do it but erection barely ever comes. When the opportune moment comes when somewhat erected, no matter how I masterbate, absolutely nothing happens. I still get the feeling but that's it! Quite a number of years ago, I had 2 TURPS which isl urethal resection of the prostate. Could this be a problem or should I chalk it up to old age?

Asyou well know that the certain spots on the penis is very sensitive and cause a feeling like you would want to begin to feel that you could be ejactulating. However, although the feeling is there, there is no semen and I can't get an erection. This means that I am not feeling a climax so basically nothing works. I hope this makes sense as I couldn't find a way to explain it better.

One reason why you could be getting a feeling your reaching a climax but no semen comes out is a side effect of that operation that you do ejaculate but instead of it coming out it goes back into the bladder because the operation you had weakened the sphincter muscle at the opening of the bladder so I have read there shouldn't be a reason why you shouldn't be able to gain an erection though after that operation. I could be worth talking to your doctor about it if it's troubling you though. Hope you find a solution to your problem.

Thanks again. I always had the feeling that what you said makes sense. So, in essence, no masterbation devices such as vaccum suction and not Viagra or the injection that doctors do into your penis. I guess I will have to strike it up that there really isn't anything that can be done. I guess I shouldn't think about. I am76 so doctors won't even do a surgical procedure and I really wouldn't want that and even so it might not work.

Just because your 76 doesn't meant you shouldn't be able to masturbate it may be something simple that's causing no erection to happen and even if you can get one then the feeling of ejaculation but no semen is better than nothing.

Yep, your right. I wouldn't say that i came to the point of ejaculation but just the feeling itself. It's kind of hard to explain. In otherwords, all the areas on the penis around the head are sensitive and even if I were to stimulate it, no erection at all occurs. Sometimes,when not noticing, it feels like an erection is taking place and it enlarges to a degree but immediately it shrinks. I even purchased a special cream and stupid me, I fell for it and wasn't smart because it absolutely did not work. It was expensive as well. I fell for it by watching a long wordy video which was so captivating that I didn't think what I was doing. These are the kind that upsells. You might have watched it as well. I figured that I would try just about anything because I became so frustrated.
