Thats just your bodies way of telling you that your becoming a man. When your heart rate increasing, it increases your blood flow to every part of you body, including the penis. Because blood flow is increased you get an erection.

I think that means that you may very well be in the early stages of puberty if you are already getting erections. Do they seem to happen out of the blue no matter where you are and no matter what's going on around you?

Perfectly normal - everything about you is perfectly normal! Also - there is no need to be embarrassed at all...it is your body. You have every right to understand what is going on with it.

Everything that is happening to you is normal, though if you are 10 y.o it's happening a bit earlier than average, which means you might feel a bit out of place with people of your age group, because it's not happening to most of them. That's going to be a bit hard, I'm afraid.

Puberty is a bit of a roller coaster ride of emotions, growth, unaccustomed feelings. Knowing this in advance can make it a little easier to deal with when you're feeling down or stressed. (There will also be times you are on top of the world.)

Random erections are normal. Expect them for the rest of your life. The frequency will decrease after puberty is over, and you get older.
Ejaculation, of clear slightly sticky fluid (pre-cum) or a larger amount of white fluid, in a series of spasms (semen) is normal. It feels great. It's what's called an orgasm. It happens in response to masturbation (rubbing your penis, 'coz it feels good) or at night during a dream (called a wet dream, or nocturnal emission) and sometimes, some people have it just happen in their pants, maybe because they are near or thinking about an attractive girl. Or for no apparent reason at all.

You can also expect (in no particular order) your voice to start breaking, your penis, and body generally- to have a growth spurt, your mind to start thinking in ways you haven't experienced yet (with accompanying strange emotions), more body hair growth, and possibly acne.
