I had Pterygium removed last month.

I had a pterygium removed last month January 27,when the Dr. removed the patch I had doble vision, blurred vision. Both now are less. The problem I had now is that I my eye is misaligned and, when I focus to something I have to open wide. I feel that I had a lot of pressure in the surrended area of the eye, feel pain, the air bother me a lot, my uper eye lid is kind of falling. The Dr. used glue for the graft.
Why do I feel that way and what went wrong?
