I had tissue discharge the other night and been having extreme abdominal pain

It could be a cyst some come and go without pain others not so much, also Endometriosis, Fibroids possibly?. I have had this pain before , didn't have the discharge but sometimes if you were to have sex couple days after period more tissue discharge could flow out and the pain may occur, oh and I rarely will get that pain during ovulation i always thought it may be my egg becoming stuck? or just doing its natural route lol. Also could be just old tissue from possible scarring from rough sex that has healed, someone once suggested that to me, I'm not really on the boat for that one. Well I hope you can find a reasonable answer, our bodies can be constantly changing sometimes hard to keep up with and worrisome so I hope it's nothing to serious for you, good luck. :)
