lately I have been suffering from heart burn and lower back pain and bad stomach ache after eating. My stomach also makes loud noises daily and I’m beginning to become worried I have had unprotected sex recently also but I am on the pill which  I take everyday with out fail at the same time everyday but on my certain pill I don’t get periods. I’m only 16 years old and don’t want to be seen buying pregnancy tests In local shops so how am I ment to know what’s going on I’m worried .
