I have a cyst floating in my scrotum that grows and shrinks in size a

I have a cyst in my scrotum that "fills up" and empty's it has grown to a size comproble of 2/3 my testicle.  It is connected on either side by a vein (might be spelling it wrong).  I used to have ejaculations that would shoot but now it almost always dribbles out and has a much smaller amount.  when I was younger I would occasionally hold the tip of my penis when I was ejaculating to stop the fluid from coming out and I'm afraid that when I did that I essentially "clogged my pipes causing some parts of them to expand.  The vein that the cyst is part of is connected to a bunch of blood vessels at one end of my right testicle.  I was wondering if this is a known problem and if there is any way to fix it?
