hey stanley where is this vein and does it get bigger and smaller or is it the same size? is it only on one side of the scrotum? How old are you and have you started puberty or noticed your testicles have gotten bigger recently? as for pictures we do not generally allow them on the public forum but some times people will post links for them. but I would refere to the terms of use for more help

Hey there you may have an enlarged vein called a vericocele whis is basically a vericose vein on your testicle instead of your leg . It is harmless but I would get it checked out especially if it is on the front of your testicle and there is a lump.
