Hello, I have a few small raised rings on my penile shaft. I have one partner and we always use a condom for vaginal sex but not for oral sex. When I pull the skin back or have an erection it is still noticeable. They're right on my circumcision scar do there is some lose skin around it.  I did have a wart on my hand and recently had it removed. I was wondering what it could be? Thanks
