Or so for about a year now I have had aproblem that is almost like a rash.. But a rash goes away.. I can seem to figuer out what it is.. Its not a std. I have been with the same partner for 2 years and he doesn't have this problem either.. My skin is dry. An iches extreamy bad. This is an every day thing.. My skin peels.. It hurts and no one seems to know what to do.. Or what it is.. HELP :$
