I will defecate and obviously, urinate at the same time. However, after I'm done, a minute or two later, I will feel more urine and squeeze more out. Sometimes its a little and sometimes its a lot. Any clue? I do not have diabetes and I constantly check my blood sugar (my sister has diabetes), and have taken some at home test and they come out at "non diabetic levels". I am overweight but have lost 35 pounds in the last 7 months. I am currently 32, and weight is 330. Also, my penis feels hot after I urinate while not defecating. I feel the need to pee again. The sensation. I never do, but thats because I hold it in. I'm all over the place, sorry.

Actually, defecating and urinating at the same time is not at all obvious... I guess it's a matter of habit, preference, and what your body wants to do. They're completely different systems, and the only thing they have in common is, they want out. The muscle movements and relaxations of one may indeed interfere with the other, but if they don't in your case, fine.

The main thing there is nothing 'wrong' with wanting to urinate separately, for longer, again, whatever.

If by hot, you mean burning sensations, then in my experience, that can happen especially when dehydrated. A normal human being should be drinking at least two litres of water a day to be healthy. I'm six foot four and 220 pounds - at 330, that's a lot of water needed to flush the system effectively.

So bottom line is, trying to hold in what the body's trying to expel is generally not a good idea. Your sequencing, and ideas of correct peeing and defecating could actually be doing damage, by bloating (over stretching) the bladder.

Let it go.

If you have persistent pain, burning, etc., go see a urologist, or get a reference from your doctor.
