Sore throat plus other symptoms.

I am extremely worried! So a couple days ago my back started hurting, I would feel tired and hungry, changes from hot to cold flashes, swollen gums, occasionally feeling dizzy or naseous, extremely swollen lymph nodes, and my thoat started hurting. I looked in the back of my throat and it had a white spot on it. I took my temperature night before last and it was 100.4. So I told my mom who set me up an appointment. I went to school and didn't feel good so I went to the nurse, and she checked my temperature. It was 100.7 and she said I wasn't supposed to be at school so I went home. So I went home and rested until the doctor and when I went in, they said it was most likely strep. At that time I had a temperature of 99.6. After taking a swab and testing, they said it was strep or mono. And then I mentioned my lower back hurting and they had to take a urine sample. While I was waiting for the results, i got a sharp pain in my stomach. They said I had traces of blood in my urine, and asked when my next 'girl time' was, and I said now. They were relieved I think, but I don't see how there would be blood if I wear, sorry everyone, tampons. Anyways, I got the prescription and took it, and around 11:30 last night, I checked my mouth and there's a white sore in my mouth behind my bottom lip. I don't know what to do and I'm scared. Please help me.
