First of all, you need to see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis and then appropriate treatment. You may not have Chlamydia but another sexually transmitted disease or yeast infection, which is not considered to be an STD. All the symptoms (of all these diseases resemble one another) and it is really hard to distinguish them just by the symptoms. You need to have vaginal smears and urinalysis to check for the presence of bacteria or other organisms.
Most of these diseases are easily treated if started on time. You need to have them treated. If you don’t treat Chlamydia, then the bacteria could spread to other organs in the pelvic region and cause scarring of for example Fallopian tubes, which could lead to infertility later in life.
You should find a clinic, see a private doc or visit Planned Parenthood who would see you if you are not able to talk to your parents.

There are plenty of things that could be why your having a discharge. It could be cause of a yeast infection or also just a bacterial infection . There are free clinics all around if you do not want your parents to find out there are clinics that will take you in plan parent hood is a good choice. I would recommend telling your parents though they will be mad but if you have an STD they are the ones who will help you figure things out correctly .
