I have COPD and emphysema and I thought it was because of that, that I feel like I'm going to drown in my own fluids. I just went to the Dr and he listened to my chest which was clear. He diagnosed me with a sinus infection and with antibiotics he said to take Mucinex. It has been three days and no relief. I swallow constantly but always feel the fluid there.
