I have noticed over the past few days i have developed a lump that i just thought was an infection of one of my hairs, but it seems to have become enlarged. It is not painfull or anything, just really puts me off going out with the girls. I am 16 and a virgin. When i have press it hard enough puss does come out of it, however this has been about 6 times and just seems to fill back up every day. However, this is not on my testicle, its just on the scort but is around the testicle area.

Im thinking after reading other posts that it might be an infected root hair as i have shaved that area pretty shortly before the lump developed. If so, are there any home-made cures for this?

But the fact that you had recently shaved certainly is suspect.
I'd stop squeezing it and let it heal a bit. You might try some surface antibiotic, or anticeptic, like Bactine, or Neosporin. Whatever doesn't sting.
If the sore is not getting smaller after a day or so, you'll have to make an appointment to be examined by a doctor or medical person.
(This is curious: You are very shy, but willing to post an exposing picture on the board? )
I still think the best bet is to be seen, however.

Its a lot easier for me at least to post something on the internet as i will probably never meet any people on here in my life so it does not really phase me. What i was trying to get across in the last bit was that i'm out quite a lot with a girl. I don't want to go further with her so she just thinks i'm a freak or anything like that. I have never had sex.
My mother and father have never been that approachable for stuff like this, as it would take me a big load of courage to do so.
