I am perplexed because I have been sweating at the gym religously every night in this heat, and dont eat that much after my workout. So why am I gaining 8 lbs in 2 or 3 days. I feel powerless, and angry over so much weight gain in such a short period of time. My period is due in a week, I think? Could that make a Difference???
Advice please, and any recommended tricks to ungain this fat or water???
