i have got lots of small lumps on the shaft of my penis and on my testicals. I have reaseached that they are sabaceous cysts, does anyone know a way to remove them none surgecaly or how much surgery would cost, becuase i dont have much money. I know that they are harmless but i am embarrassed of them and i just want to get rid of them.
