I have long, purplish, wrinkly inner vaginal lips

My name is Maxine, I haven't had my period yet, there's no lumps coming out of my vagina, I'm a virgin, and I have a question about my inner vaginal lips. I'm going onto thirteen in 2 months, and I do masturbate occasionally, about 2 times every week, I do try to stop with this, addiction I guess you can call it, because I have noticed that my inner vaginal lips are wrinkly, purple, and long and I think that maybe they're big because of me masturbating too hard, but they stay this size. I estimate them to be about 3 cm long, I desperately want to tell my mom about them and ask if I could get surgery on them but I'm scared that I'll be judged and it's really embarrassing! I'm scared to go to pool parties because them look like little lumps in my bottoms, and a lot of my friends are friends with bullies, so whatever party I go to, there's a bully and I don't want anyone seeing these... I'm scared, what if when I'm older, I start having sex and whomever I'm with will be disgusted by them, and then they tell someone and the rumor spreads like wild fire. Is there any way to shrink them by myself with any home remedies, I'm broke so I also can afford surgery, and I think it'd be weird going to the store and buying vaginal cream, A 13 YEAR OLD buying vaginal cream...? Is this caused by me masturbating? If so, is there a way to quit masturbating? Surgery is not an option!
