Hello, today i found a lump on in my mouth. It is on the right hand side, on the inside (underneath my tongue) just below the hard gum on the softer skin under my back tooth. It hurts if i stretch my mouth and if i put pressure on it. I have been smoking for about a year around 10 a day. I dont do drugs. I drink often (being a university student). I have also have a cold since July that comes and goes but always leaves a blocked nose. This consists of swollen glands, sore throat, dry or chesty cough (i would wake up at 4am some mornings jsut to cough!) and a blocked nose. My appetite is normal and i have not noticed any other symptoms. I also have a lump on the front of my vagina. I thought that maybe this was a boil as i have something similar on the inside of my right leg but it has recently gone down, however there is still a lump there that i can feel when i put pressure on it. This lump doesnt hurt but could any of this be related to anything more serious than boils or a cold? I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thank you.
