I have questions about DMSA. My urine labs show that I’m mercury toxic but at the same time I have law minerals levels. So my question is what actually DMSA means.

DMSA means dimercaptosuccinic acid and is allowed to be used as a treatment in removing lead and mercury out of organism. But in the same time DMSA removes the minerals also. And since your minerals are at low levels before starting with DMSA treatment you’re advised to remineralize first. So you’ll probably need to do some more lab test before taking DMSA. DMSA is colorless liquid that is probably prescribed to you in capsules form that is rich at sulfur. The DMSA bounds to the metal in your organism and removes it out through urine and feces. My advice is that you take this acid under control of a specialist.
