I have really small skin colored bumps all around the ring of my penis head

I have really small skin colored bumps all around the ring of my penis head, i dont know what they are they look like little flaps of skin white at the end and skin colored at the base they have been there for a long time 8 years or so before i started having sex they are only on the one place of my penis but there is like a hundred all around the ring of the head. any ideas what they cud be?
